At Project Robin, we want you to be completely satisfied with our Service. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

2. Subscription Refunds

For paid subscriptions, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service. Refund requests after this period will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Include your account email and reason for the refund request
  • We will respond within 5 business days

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Partial months of service
  • Services already fully rendered
  • Custom development or implementation work

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the paid period.
