These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Project Robin ("the Service"), operated by Jamdd LTD (trading as "Project Robin"), a company registered in England and Wales. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Project Robin provides AI-powered voice practice and training software for helpline and support organisations. The Service enables volunteers and staff to practice conversations with realistic AI callers in a safe environment.
Project Robin is a software-only service. We do not provide human counselling, advice, support services, or any form of human interaction. All practice callers and feedback are generated by artificial intelligence. The Service is a training tool and is not a substitute for professional supervision, support, or mental health services.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI models—are owned by Jamdd LTD and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the United Kingdom and international treaties.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a licence to use it for the purposes of providing and improving the Service.
Where applicable, subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
No Human Services: The Service consists entirely of software and AI-generated content. We do not employ or provide access to human counsellors, advisors, or support workers through the Service. AI-generated feedback and practice scenarios are for training purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice. The Service does not replace qualified supervision, training, or mental health support.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jamdd LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jamdd LTD, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
